Dear Collex Collision:
I was involved in a minor collision about a month ago. Following the determination of the party at fault, I was directed by his insurance company to Collex Collision of Fort Myers. I did not have a preferred body shop, so I complied. Elaine Pappas was assigned as my service advisor.
I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my car.
I have it back and it looks as good as new. In addition, I am thrilled with the high level of service I received from Ms. Pappas. My repair took a few days longer than expected, but I felt that it was in competent hands the entire time. Ms. Pappas called me every couple of days to update me on the status of the repair. In addition, on two occasions, I had a specific question and directed them to her via email. Her response was exceedingly prompt and thorough. When I went to pick up my vehicle, she went over the repairs with me once again to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed.
I was not looking forward to the experience of dealing with a body shop. I left the experience feeling that Ms. Pappas really cared about my situation and wanted to do everything in her power to get me back in my car in perfect condition and as soon as possible. I am certain that with the care I received from Ms. Pappas, that she is not alone in this organization. You must have a good team in place to be as professional and efficient as your company was.
I can now answer “yes” when someone asks if I have a body shop. I have already had the opportunity to recommend Collex Collision in the past week. Thanks to Ms. Pappas and the whole staff for their great attention.
Sincerely,
Jim
